  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items (such as custom name acrylic décor) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions
  • Gift cards or downloadable/digital products

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • After review, we will offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by us.
