- Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items (such as custom name acrylic décor) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or videos showing the issue
- After review, we will offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by us.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- EnzSouq is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
6. Exchanges
