Prices displayed on our website are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. EnzSouq reserves the right to change product prices, offers, or promotions at any time without prior notice. Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods, including Cash on Delivery, Tabby, Tamara, or other supported payment gateways. Buy Now, Pay Later services are subject to approval by Tabby or Tamara, and EnzSouq is not responsible for their approval or rejection decisions.

Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation. Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that processing or production has not started. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be canceled once production begins. EnzSouq reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or incorrect customer information. In such cases, any paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Delivery timelines provided on the website are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect delivery details. EnzSouq is not responsible for delays beyond its control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, and any additional costs arising from incorrect details or failed delivery attempts may be borne by the customer.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the return, refund, and cancellation terms outlined on our website.
